This initiative involves collaboration with the New Taipei City Real Estate Brokers Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association). The Association recommends high-quality members to form a trustworthy matchmaking team that aims for "fast matching and secure transactions." They actively assist businesses in finding suitable industrial land, including land, factories, office buildings, and commercial offices. The team provides efficient services with dedicated personnel, prompt response, and accompanying inspections. They continuously inventory industrial spaces, reducing the time and cost of initial investment in land search. Through practical actions, they accompany businesses in deepening their roots in New Taipei City, accelerating investment implementation, and achieving mutual benefits for both the city government and businesses.
