Investment Plan of New Taipei City
In response to the localization trend of semiconductor production and considering the need for backup needs and the concentration of talent in northern Taiwan, the Gudeng Group has invested in the construction of a seven-story, three-basement trial production and R&D center in the Tucheng Industrial Park, New Taipei City. The new facility, called the Jiaqi Building, will have seven floors above ground and three underground. The main production focus will be on EUV mask carriers, consumables, and aerospace manufacturing. With a site area of approximately 900 pings (around 2,975 square meters), the estimated investment is NT$960 million, and the project is expected to create 500 job opportunities.
