The company manages the entire ODM production process, from front-end fabric research and development to development to back-end garment design and production.

Investment Plan of New Taipei City
Eclat Textile Co., Ltd. is planning to establish its corporate headquarters in New Taipei City. The new building will have 19 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground, featuring a textile laboratory, fabric research and development center, garment technology center, and exhibition center.
Eclat’s headquarter was submitted to invest the troubleshoot service for the New Taipei City Government on March 19, 2018. It subsequently obtained its use permit on February 25, 2022, and the grand opening ceremony is scheduled for September 27, 2022.
