Investment Plan of New Taipei City
LITEON Technology's new digital building at the Zhonghe plant site represents an investment of NT$2.82 billion. The development, on a 0.67-hectare site, involves the urban renewal of the original factory on Jian 1st Road in Zhonghe District. The new building will be reconstructed 11 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with a total floor area of 5.4 hectares, serving as a factory office building and R&D center. It is expected to be completed in 2025 and will create approximately 2,000 job opportunities in New Taipei City. The building will be constructed to "Diamond-level" green building standards and "Gold-level" intelligent building standards, incorporating pedestrian walkways along the street and enhanced green design. This will not only improve the city's appearance but also provide a convenient and comfortable pedestrian environment for the public.
