Chain Store was established in 1978
and is the affiliate of Uni-President. It owns the permanent management right
of 7-Eleven in Taiwan and authorizes the operation of 7-Eleven in Taiwan
through franchise. Since opened the first convenience store in 1979, it totally changes the channel in consumers’
life. President Chain Store swears to become the most outstanding retailer. We
continue providing the most convenient service in life as well as doing our
best to fulfill our responsibility of being a good citizen. Through our
corporate culture of “sincerity, innovation, and sharing”, we anticipate each

President
Chain Store sees the development potentials of the base and adopts “chain
brand”, “consumption intelligence”, and “perking up business and office” as the
main focus to design a multi-purpose commercial space. They introduce the
famous brands under the group to the site, including 7-ELEVEN, COSMED, and Starbucks
as well as provide the service of smart parking. Besides, in terms of office
space, we design independent and shared offices to respond to the different
demands from enterprises. We also hope to attract start-up companies to drive
relevant industrial development and enhance employment opportunities as well as
the quality life in Tucheng Development Suspension Area. Our goal is to create
“a new place gathering culture and technology in Tucheng.” In addition, this case uses the UNI corporate logo in the company name "UNI PRESIDENT" as the concept, and uses the white and gray corporate image as the base to create a multi-storey semi-outdoor space in the post-epidemic era, and integrate the appearance of the building to create a distinctive group image. The concept of energy saving and carbon reduction is put forward in the planning of the shopping mall, hoping to integrate the new concept of environmental protection and living in the shopping mall, in line with the international environmental protection trend, and move towards the goal of a green shopping mall.
Experience sharing
The
base is surrounded by the advantages of industries, traffic, public facilities,
and medical support. In terms of industry, the technology industry is
flourishing here, and it attracts population because of employment. In terms of
traffic, it is next to MRT Tucheng Station and Haisahan Station on Bannan Line.
MRT Wando Line will be available in the future to make it dual MRT lines here
as well as National Freeway No. 3 northbound Tucheng Interchange, which is
expected to start the construction next year (2023). The traffic accessibility
will be hugely enhanced here. In terms of public facilities and medical
support, we have complete public facilities in the re-development area and the
completion of Tucheng Hospital nearby will enhance the quality of residential
